The fine print
A prepayment deposit via payment gateway or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide further instructions. Credit card information added during your booking process will be used for guarantee purposes only.Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card used during booking upon check-in. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. Please also be informed that the property will strictly not allow guests to check in if the holder's name of the credit card used during booking is different from the guest's name.In case that the guest does not bring his/her own credit card used during booking, the guest will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk. The total amount which was previously deducted from the credit card used during booking will be refunded to the same card within 30-45 days.===One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

Due to the event of Koh Samet there will be an event at Sai Kaew Beach. This event is an external event and is not related to the hotel. During June 1- 8, 2025, there will be equipment for preparing the event at Sai Kaew Beach (main beach), which may cause customers to be unable to use some areas of the beach. During June 5-8, 2025 there may be noise at the main beach and effect to room zone at Deluxe Premier, Family Room, Poolside Villa, Beachfront Villa.Resort facilities such as restaurant, café and other resort’s services are operated as normal.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was ok, clean and comfy. Some parts might need to be refurbished and cleaned as it looked old and run-down. Breakfast was good, a lot of options with European and Asian food. One recommendation, the hotel should give the fresh juices. The juices provided were super sweet syrup with water. Beach/pool and water were great.. nice view and the water was good. Services: Staffs are nice and helpful. Special thanks to “Pepe”, he really has service mind. always pay extra attention to the guests, not only us but overall.

What did I like: - breakfast; buffet style with a lot of choice. - restaurant; they have a very good cook and the food for lunch or supper was sublime. - beach; well just fantastic, with a very good drinks and snack service. - room; classic and clean. - staff; very nice people. I had a very good relaxing holiday here and completely de-stressed. Would I do it again? Yes - Will I return again? No, as there are many other places to visit. Thank you for a good holiday. Ha, better to bring a nice gal instead of travelling here alone like I did.
