It's location, cosy with your own private balcony. Clean rooms and quiet area. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurant around. There were 2 convenient store near by. The staff was nice, limited English but the again you don't need to talk a lot or use lot of words to check-into your room.

Friendly staff, good location, quiet at night. We got the room 2nd floor with big balcony, nice view. Was great 👍

Really good location in the rush part of the island. If you wanna some night adventures, you can try this stay. The room was clean with nice balcony and the staff were really nice.

It’s a great central location. I found Ko Samet too busy and a bit frantic. ( not the hotels fault ) room was nice with good terrace, staff could have been a bit friendlier and a couple of returned smiles might have lightened it all up.
