Giulia “Nice but overpriced for what it is”

The room are nice, the staff is very nice and the location is very convenient but the pictures on booking are misleading. The pictures of the bar/restaurant are of a place underneath the hotel not part of it. There is only a 10% discount at that bar which has not been notified to us. The breakfast pictures are of that place and you’ll need to purchase separately as it is not the breakfast on offer. The breakfast on offer is at another venue on the beach relatively close but there is only one option: fried eggs, fruit (a small plate) and a sausage with slice of bacon, one orange juice and bread and butter. We only had it the first day and then have breakfast elsewhere.

Great location. Superb facilities. Nice and quiet at night. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great amenities in the room. We had a fantastic stay and I would stay here again when visiting Koh samet. Thank you so much!

Very good price VS quality, it’s not big but there is everything you need and it’s clean, very close to the beach and centre of the town, very friendly owner and there is a smoke balcony on the same floor.

Easy to navigate because it's a small place. Basically it was okay. Staff are nice and helpful but overall it was not worth the money. It is clean and they make an effort but it did not provide the facilities I would expect for the price.
