The location is excellent, the service is wonderful, the breakfast selection is large, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable :) It offers great value for the price

Location is perfect, 4 minutes walking to sunrise beach, 10 min walking to Sunset Beach or Pattaya beach, walking street is 2 minutes away, very convenient. From my balcony I could even see the sunrise 🌅 Staff is very sweet and friendly, cozy restaurant, I would not say that breakfasts are perfect but they are okay.

Food- like the variety of choices and very healthy too Staff - very friendly and helpful staff. Location - centered,walking distance to Pattaya ,sunset and sunrise beaches.
