Getting to the resort:
Please note that speedboat transfers to Sunrise Beach are only available during the low peak seasons from 16 May - 16 October. The rest of the year, from November - April, guests are to take the ferry to Pattaya Beach.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The room was right on one of the main streets of Koh Lipe so everything was very close by. The beach was about a 5 minute walk.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A special highlight was the complimentary birthday cake and decorations arranged upon our arrival—it was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

Even though the room had only doors to a small balcony towards an ugly wall ( no other windows), the room thereby could be kept cool, what makes it an advantage! Good aircon, bed, clean bath with spacoious shower. For me it was a good place to stay as beach was in 5 min walking distance. I can recommend. only the price is high compared to other places in Thailand, but thats Ko Lipe. Its so beautiful on the beaches, they simply can ask higher prices…

The location was great, the staff extremely nice, they offer complimentary transfer from/to Pattaya Beach Pier.
