Great friendly staff, affordable and good location on walking street, a couple minutes from Pattaya beach. Big rooms, nice big balcony and a fridge to keep your drinks cool! Accommodating staff and turn down services daily

Nice accommodation for the money, spacious and comfortable, balcony nice to sit out on. Location is great and on the main street with super quick access to resteraunts and bars. I enjoyed my stay here.

Located right on walking street in the heart of everything. Easy walking distance to both sunrise beach and a bit further to sunset beach. Peaceful at night which was surprising due to its central location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our air conditioning and they resolved it straight away.

Really nice rooms ,within walking distance from the boat jetty. Comfortable beds and nice outside space . Staff were really helpful and friendly.Good value for the money . Easy to get everywhere on the island .
