Location is absolutely great, bang on the walking street which means lots of choices of restaurant. Central location to all the beaches of the island, the staff at the reception was very pleasant and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and the room was clean upon arrival. Fresh roll of toilet paper and small bottles of water every day. Bed was one of the more comfortable ones I’ve had since staying around islands of Thailand.

For budget accommodation right on walking street this was very good. I had read the reviews and arrived with some concerns, but was pleasantly surprised by everything. Anybody booking should remember this is Thailand and some areas of Thai accommodation will always be different to western standards. I thought the rooms were clean, the air conditioning was excellent yes the electric sockets were not all perfect, the plug wouldn't stay in some, but that is very normal for Thailand.
