We stayed 5 nights at the Ray Bay Hotel in Koh Lanta, and our experience was fantastic. Highlights: Warm Welcome and Wonderful Staff: Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome, including an orange juice. Everything went smoothly. The gentleman at the reception was super nice and always smiling. A huge thank you to the lady with her baby who is remarkably kind, honest, attentive, and helpful. The establishment is run by muslims, very friendly and honest people there, just like the inhabitants of this island. View and Price: The view from the hotel corridors is absolutely incredible! The room price was more than fair. Ideal Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, only a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is also located mid-island, which made everything very accessible by scooter. Practical Services: Daily room cleaning service was provided. We were also able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel for a very good price, and it worked perfectly for exploring the island. Quietness: The nights were calm, ensuring excellent rest. Conclusion: We recommend this establishment 10000%! We will certainly be back.

everything fine and very good for an 2 star location, nice surrounding very friendly service but cant give a 10 for 2 stars it would miss the point, if only 2 stars available in general it would get a 9+

Great Stay with Amazing Staff and Perfect Location We stayed for about a week and a half and really enjoyed it. The staff were absolutely wonderful — kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we asked, from scooter rental to trips and laundry. Their hospitality truly made this place special. The location is excellent, with everything you need just around the corner. Thanks to the amazing staff and great location, this is definitely a very good place to stay and we would happily recommend it.

I came to stay at Rat Bay Hotel in Koh Lanta with my partner. The hotel is in a perfect location, being close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and services nearby such as laundry, bike rental etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. We actually rebooked to stay here again and all rooms that we stayed in were comfortable and as described. water and toilet paper supplied on a daily basis. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Koh Lanta.
