Great guesthouse with welcoming staff. Thank you Cookie for looking after my family during our 4 night stay. Great location within a short walk of old town. Cool artwork everywhere around the hotel/guesthouse. Our host helped us find transport more economically than we could, gave us bottled water each day and even gave us yummy Rose Apples fresh from her garden. As recommended and assisted by our host, we enjoyed a day on the nearby island Koh Por and a day tour of Koh Lamta. If I’d waited until we arrived to arrange our snorkelling trip, our host could’ve helped us get a more competitive price for that too! My family felt very welcome and cared for. Thanks Cookie.

The best thing about the room (Ariel Mermaid) was the big balcony and the view. Everything else in the room, especially the bathroom, was pretty basic and rundown. Maybe the other rooms are different. Staff was friendly but communication was a bit difficult.

Quiet Location with super friendly staff, everything you could need and came with 2 bunkbeds. Overhanging the water was a welcome surprise
