Stunning location where you could walk straight on to the beach and move fluidly between the beach and swimming pool. Restaurant overlooked the beach and sea, so wonderful views whilst having breakfast or getting into the shade during the day. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice for all tastes. Easy walk along the beach to access bars/restaurants in the evening. Also yoga venue not too far away. Main road offered Tuk Tuks if needed to explore the island further if you don't want to hire a bike or car. Shops eg 7/11 nearby.

We really liked our stay at Lanta Garden which is perfectly situated just by the beach. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere very cozy even though the rooms are rather worn down. The breakfast was very nice and you sit eating it overlooking the ocean - absolutely stunning view.

Staff were very friendly. Despite us arriving during Ramadan, the staff still worked hard cooking for us while they were fasting. Pool was clean with a nice toddler section. Location is excellent, right on the beach and close to so many shops and restaurants. 7-11 is across the street. Fruit vendors and smoothie stands close by. We loved being able to walk out the door without shoes on, straight to the beach and walk to beachfront restaurants for lunch and dinner. We were also able to get deals on snorkeling tours and taxi service to krabi airport when booking through the hotel.
