Lovely place to stay! Perfect location right in the centre of the main street, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and there are multiple pools including a very long lap pool which gets lots of sun during the day, but still stays a nice temperature 😊 The receptionist is amazing (sorry I'm awful with names, but the receptionist who is there most days during the daytime, and she is from Bangkok) She is so friendly and always working very hard, you can see she cares about her job 😊 We arrived before 2pm so the room wasn't ready, but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went for food (there are many many places to eat nearby). When we came back to use the pool, we were informed that the room was ready early which was fab! All staff we saw were friendly and smiley 😊 Breakfast was good! A few more options would be nice BUT there is still enough to set you up for the day, and the guy makes tasty scrambled eggs! We will definitely stay again if we return to Koh Chang 😊

It's really very great place, clean, nice, glass window, 2 metres from the pool. Theritory is locked through the night. I'm very happy about this stay
