Where to start, the staff are all brilliant happy attentive nothing to much trouble, from the complamentry fruit and water while sunning to the room ice service. The food is top notch good quality and fresh as my lobster tasted so good. Rooms are big and shower area huge with access to the pool direct from the room it all makes it a special holiday. Will definitely be back. It was early Nov when I went so not busy which is great no idea I'm sure in high season it would be different but still a great place to stay.

We've spent one of the best moments of our life at The Chill in Koh Chang. Our stay there was the icing of the cake of our honeymoon. Everything was perfect: attentive, professional and friendly staff -we came across lovely people working there-, top-notch services like transportation, swimming pool, beach... and such a great breakfast there!! We'll never forget these days. Thank you so much!!

Super lovely staff and really lovely grounds. The infinity pool was a lovely way to start the day overlooking the beach, and the restaurant in the morning overlooking the water was a stunning way to get the day started!
