Everything at this hotel was fine, but not fantastic. Rooms were good with nice balcony, but the balconies had little privacy. Were in Koh Chang at different hotels for 4 weeks. This was the only hotel where we had problems with having housekeeping while doing other things so our toddler could nap at daytime. Even though we asked for housekeeping while being away from the room for several hours, we would come back and find it not cleaned. Kind of annoying. But not a big problem. Breakfast good but not fantastic. Undrinkable coffee Pool was nice, but quite a few loose tiles, 2 of my 3 kids got small injuries on their feet because of that. So something that needs to be fixed. Great location for many good restaurants in close vicinity

Fantastic hotel... breakfast buffet is probably the best I've ever had...pool is huge ...the room I booked was over looking the ocean... perfect for sitting on the balcony and relaxing 😎 room size was very big...bed was very comfortable

Calm place, friendly staff. Nice, clean rooms and soft beds. Easy to find good food at good price at the street just outside the hotel. Breakfast is good, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Amazing staff - had a good dialog with the hotel manager, about some issues that was fixed immediately. Nice architecture. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice place in general.
