Location, friendly warm and welcoming reception (we found the security process tremendously friendly and we understood the desire to make the place more secure than our home in the Cotswolds). Tanja was so good, she gave us a daily area update and was available and responsive if we needed her but her attitude was that we should enjoy the house and holiday. A great stay and we’re planning to return.

Location on Thessen island on one of the canals of the lagoon was amazing. You could safely swim in the warm water with steps from the dock at your back door. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of seating on the first floor balcony. Location was great and within walking distance of shops and restaurants on and off the island
