Head over Hills is an exclusive retreat in Knysna. Set on the jagged edge of the famous rocky cliffs of the Knysna Heads, this well-appointed guest house has a heated swimming pool.

This is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular locations in the world. Everything about this boutique hotel is top notch. The views are dramatic ( in a good way) and mesmerising !

Awesome location with view of the heads from the breakfast and dinner tables and from our balcony. They did some laundry for us very quickly! Very comfortable B&B.

The views are stunning! It is also close to a very secluded beach that you can walk too. The food was delicious and the staff was great. I would highly recommend HOH
