Great sized room, comfortable bed, good storage (it had drawers!) and an excellent shower. The room was very clean and beautifully serviced every day (of our 3 night visit). Parking was plentiful and there was a lift from the car park. Breakfast was very good with eggs cooked fresh. The staff are very friendly. We didn’t eat in the Bistro. Knysna is a great base to visit the Garden route and the hotel felt very safe
