Please note that the apartment is located on the 1st floor, and there is no elevator.Guests can choose to clean the property themselves before departure or pay a cleaning fee.Please note that no visitors are allowed, only paid guests.Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur charges that will be shared and agreed upon at check-in. Damages will be charged to the (debit/credit) card provided at (time of booking/check-in/check-out).Please note that there is an additional charge of 30 euros per hour for waiting check-in without prior notice, 50 euros extra for check-in or check-out outside the scheduled hours, and 60 euros per hour for late check-out.Bringing your own cooking facilities is not allowed for fire safety reasons. The appartement provides wooden floors.Please note smoking is not allowed, Smoking in the property will terminate the agreement for the rest of your stay. You will have to leave the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

As a child my grandparents took me to the sea side for the holidays- now I do the same with my grandson…and we had the loveliest appartement- my grandson felt home at once and never wanted to leave. Thank you so much to our lovely hostess! We will be back!
