Situated in an ideal location to explore the waterfront, the property was full of character and presentation was immaculate. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very well presented, clean and comfortable. We did have a limited view of the river and the railway viaduct of which, both were just yards away.

We stayed in the Pink Room, it was very well maintained. The little extras given such as tea, water and snacks was greatly appreciated. Teardrop Cottage is in a lovely area and only an 8 minute journey into Harrogate. Everything we needed was in walking distant.

Beautiful cottage, Mike the host is lovely The cottage is in a perfect location Super comfy bed lots of added extras in the room. Would highly recommend lovely and romantic.

Teardrop cottage is in a great location for a visit to Knaresborough. Located at river level just near the viaduct and a short (but steep) walk up a nearby stairway to the town center and old castle area.

The host was extremely helpful with instructions, as he wasn’t able to be there in person to let me in. He provided me with the code for the front door and clear directions to my room. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including tea, coffee, and drinking water. From the bed, I had a lovely view of the viaduct, which added to the charm. There was also a beautiful outdoor deck where I could sit and enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the view of the quaint houses and the viaduct in the distance. It was excellent value for money, in a great location just seconds from the riverfront.
