Very clean and tidy. Perfect for our quick break, welcome basket was a fantastic treat on arrival.

The property had all the amenities needed. It was clean and smelt lovely and the bed was the comfiest one I have slept on yet with an added comfort of a velvet feel duvet cover ( pure luxury).

Pepper Pot Lodge was very well equipped, cosy and clean i would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the area. Harrogate and York were both worth a visit and Knaresborough is a beautiful little market town

Everything was perfect. Good communication with the owner and they were really nice people. The accomodation was so clean. Also we received a nice pack of treats for our puppies. Definitely we recommend this place and we will book again. You could not find a better place.
