Cottage was lovely. Well maintained, very clean and well organised with a great kitchen and two bathrooms. Comfy sofa and can get Netflix and Amazon on TV if you wanted a quiet night in. Modern where it needed to be modern in a warm and welcoming house. Liked the quiet of the area and the location. Very tranquil and ideal for a good night's sleep. Very close to Mundsley, Barton and only 30 mins from Cromer for beaches. Also 30 mins max from many national trust properties and Hoveton. Emily was great - easy to communicate with her and prompt in replies for anything needed. Nice outdoor area with seats to chill in the sun. Would definitely recommend this place and also I would visit again if I had another Norfolk holiday booked.

Spacious property with good facilities and character Light and airy in the hot weather Nice garden area and decking Kitchen well equipped and great range -style cooker Rooms clean Nice village to walk around and quiet Nearby beaches - 5 mins drive to nearest Host friendly and quick to respond to several enquiries before and after arrival Parking is available but either right at the bottom of the driveway - for one car only , or nearby in the village . But not immediately outside the property

Lovely welcome plage was very clean and tidy had everything we needed was decorated lovely and a lovely fireplace.
