Exzellent breakfast, Sauna and good value fir money. Location superb if you arrive by train but parking is also available.

Breakfast - excellent. Room - very good, spacious and clean. Location - excellent with great view of a mountain from the windows. Balcony - nice surprise. Sauna on top floor - unexpected nice surprise. Staff - very helpful, especially as I needed to print out my return flight boarding pass. Sent reception an email and they had it ready in a couple of minutes. The was a nice garden with chairs and it seemed illuminated at night, and also a bike hire unit, but i didn’t have time to experience those myself. Sizeable car parking area (for self drive or hired vehicles) and only a few KMs, under 10 mins to drive to the nearest town for supplies and petrol stations.

The hotel was easy to find. We were able to park the car in the garage and quickly check in. The staff was nice and helpful and also responsive via booking portal before we arrived at the hotel. We stayed only for one night and left after breakfast. The breakfast was ok. It is served in a nice dining area with a terrace (on the roof, because it's on the top floor). The room was clean and nice.

The place is a good value for money with an excellent location next to the train station which may not be the prettiest sight, and there is an 'accumulation' of Afghans in the area, it is very practical for someone who doesn't want to leave the city in a hurry and it's also very close to the convention center where I had gone to the Harucon which was the reason I went to Klagenfurt. They also have free WIFI, the reception is one floor above the rooms, so it's not that awkward to come and go in a cosplay. The check-in and out process was also quick (they do speak English) and I was also pleasantly surprised that my room had a small refrigerator in one of the cabinets. The place was clean, the breakfast was delicious with a big selection of food to choose from. (They also have free coffee.)
