A limited number of private parking spaces is available on site free of charge. Public short-term parking zones are available in the surrounding area, which can be used free of charge between 18:00 and 08:00 and from 12:00 on Saturday to 08:00 on Monday. Reduced tickets for the Domgarage (a public parking garage a 5-minute walk away) are available at the reception.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. They were polite and welcoming and couldn't have done more for me. They also spoke perfect English which was really helpful as I shamefully don't speak a word of German. I was there for the Ironman event. The hotel knew exactly who needed to be where and when and even put on a shuttle bus to the event in the morning. They have been supporting the Ironman event for the last 26 years. The hotel sits abour 5km from the event expo.

The location is good, but there is no view from the window. Breakfast is good.
