Adamantia warmly welcomed us and handed us the keys with such kindness and friendliness. She shared helpful tips about the local beaches and even recommended her personal favourites, which made planning our stay in Kioni so much easier. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—snacks, bottled water, a sewing kit, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, mosquito repellent, plugs for mosquito devices, socket adapters, and refillable inserts for the devices. It also offered breathtaking views. The location is perfect, just a short walk with charming views of Kioni and the sea to the port, where you’ll find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars, a bakery, and a food store. Adamantia was also very generous in letting us use the apartment past our checkout time, as she was not expecting new guests on the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—it truly felt like a home away from home.

My partner and I stayed for a week in early October; Aprilis Apartment was in a perfect location on the calmest side of Kioni. What we liked: Extremely helpful local host with a great energy; Beautiful views from the bedroom/balcony; Quiet picturesque beach a couple of minutes walk from your front door - perfect for morning/evening swims or just relaxing; The apartment was very clean and well supplied.

We had a fantastic stay in every way - very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and well-located studio with breathtaking sea views. Adamantia was a wonderful host - she had thought of everything we might need. Like her name - she's a diamond!

Beautiful view from the balcony and the bedroom was lovely. There were snacks in the kitchen!! FYI there can be parking in front of the accommodation but the roads are very narrow driving through the village, so I would recommend parking at the parking before the village and walking.
