We loved absolutely everything! Great food, facilities and entertainment but mostly really amazing, friendly staff! Special thank you to the cleaning staff, our room looked like the day we checked in, each time after it was cleaned. Thank you! This is an absolutely beautiful and magical place and deserves no less than 5 stars. My wife booked Tui Blue for my birthday and they made an effort to make it special. Special thanks to Mr. Abubakr and Mr. Ally for all you did for us during our stay. The location and scenery at Tui Blue is so beautiful. It prides itself on luxury but what I loved about it was the local touch. The best sunrise I have ever experienced was here. It's something words cannot describe. The food is amazing at every restaurant and they all offered a wide variety, catering for every taste. The staff are amazing, helpful and super friendly, especially in the restaurants. Some of the ladies who we made friends with, especially my daughter, are Madam Vinny, Madam Fatima, and Madam Upendo, among the many others. For the gentleman, we really appreciated the kindness of Sir. Omar, Sir. Joshua, Sir. Ali, and there are many more that deserves mentioning. We enjoyed the activities offered at the resort. Having a child who loves being entertained, we were worried about there not being a kids club, however, the resort offers so much that she loved this resort the most even though she experienced the kids club at other resorts. She would dance and interact with the various groups of entertainers, and they loved having her. The security guards outside the Villas were super kind and professional. I always felt safe when I saw them. I hope that they know how much we appreciate their efforts in keeping us secure. The one thing that stands out at this resort is that the staff always greet you with a smile and make a point to get to know you on a personal level. They are really passionate about making their guests feel loved and cared for. I think that they can in some way improve on their front desk management side, however, overall they go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. We did not want to leave the establishment on our last day, and we cannot wait to return.
