We booked this stay at the very last minute for our honeymoon, and "impressed" doesn’t even begin to cover it. We were prepared for a standard experience given the short notice, but this hotel blew every expectation out of the water. You aren't just paying for a room here, you are paying for 10-star service where the attention to detail is simply unreal. The level of hospitality here it’s truly servicial in the best sense of the word. Angela, the manager, was incredible, personally overseeing every detail to ensure our stay was flawless. At the front desk, Saidi and Jovita provided the most genuine, warm welcome we’ve ever had; they were constantly checking in on us like old friends. Evelyn at the bar was also a total standout, making every drink feel like a special occasion. Since we booked so late, we assumed a "Garden View" would just be okay but it was stunning!!! The gardens are so meticulously maintained and lush that it felt like looking out into a private tropical paradise. Upon entering, the room was massive and spotless, decorated with beautiful fresh flowers, a "Happy Honeymoon" note on the bed, a full bottle of wine, and a fresh fruit platter. It felt like they had been preparing for our arrival for weeks!! The food is delicious!!! The main restaurant buffet changes every single day, so you never get bored, and the quality is really good! However, the specialty restaurants are the real stars. At the Seafood restaurant, the views are breathtaking, and we were serenaded by a musical duo right at our table. The lobster and crab shell with broiled cheese was so exquisite I’d fly back just to eat it again! The most unreal moment, though, was at the African restaurant. We didn't expect anything special, but the waiters and even the Chef came out together, dancing and singing traditional songs while presenting us with a honeymoon cake. It was such a thoughtful detail that we’ll never forget.

All staff were incredible especially the manageress and assistant manager who went out of their way for us. I would definitely go back. The facilities were excellent 👌🏽
