We stayed at Kiwengwa Beach Resort for 7 nights as part of our honeymoon trip and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the moment we checked in Jovita (on reception) was amazing, she made us feel so welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The same could be said for all of the staff we came across, they were all so welcoming and could not do enough for us. A special thank you to Mussa (restaurant assistant manager), Danny, Baraka and Evelin who were all fabulous and made our stay so memorable. As this was our honeymoon we booked the Presidential Suite and it was even better than we expected. The hotel manager Niam and Guest relations Angela were also very welcoming and helpful. The Presidential Suite had been renovated in June so we arrived to a brand new suite which was like our own private villa with a private pool - it was incredible and so worth it. Relaxing here by our pool after a hectic 5 days on Safari felt like pure bliss, the suite is right on the beach so we had the most amazing ocean view. We also booked the romantic package, which we found was really good value for money, and we enjoyed a private breakfast and dinner on the beach as well as a couples massage. The grounds of the hotel are very well maintained, the gardeners were so hard working and friendly, even climbing up a nearby tree to get us both a fresh coconut. We enjoyed the food and had the opportunity to try out all the restaurants onsite, there was always plenty of choice and variety. The hotel also has a medical centre onsite, which was really helpful when my wife had an allergic reaction to mosquito bites and needed some medication. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay where the staff make you feel as if you are staying at a home from home. We enjoyed every minute!

I really have to congratulate the hotel to have NAIM, the very well educated egyptian front office manager… as he was so kind and spot on to find solutions for our extra wishes. Great Job with such nice people there
