Excellent location, not in the city center but about 15 minutes walk from the center. If you want, you can take the nearby ski bus which is included in the ski pass, to get to the hannenkamm gondola which connects to the entire ski area. Our host Johanna is extremely friendly and kind and although we arrived at the train station at 9.30 pm, she came by car and picked us up. The room where we stayed has an extendable sofa for 2 people and an extra adult bed, entrance hall, bathroom and kitchen included with electric stove, oven and facilities to cook something if needed or for breakfast. On the opposite side of the road there are 3 shops Billa, Spar and m preis stores where you can buy whatever you want. The Austrian beer is incredible. On the ground floor there is the ski storage room and below there is a special place for heated boots. Our host, as I said, was very kind, she knows English very well and gave us all the details we needed. Good value for money but not for pretentious people who look for every negative detail.

Very friendly and helpful host. Immaculate room with all amenities for self-catering. Lovely views around and close to Spar which is an additional advantage. Near to the bus stops.

Johanna was so welcoming and nice. She was knowledgeable about the area and friendly. Our room was perfect for our three night stay, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had great water pressure, the room was was clean and we liked having the kitchenette for cooking breakfasts before heading out for the day. It is a great spot with a kind and friendly host!

Everything was nice. Great location, just a few minutes to the city center. Spar store was right across the street which was very helpful. Johanna was very warm and friendly and gave us all the necessary information we needed. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. We had a lovely time in Kitzbuhel.
