Location was excellent as easy walk to centre.Liked the fact there was a ski storage room which was warm . Balcony was good for a coffee in morning.

Everything was clean, kitchen nicely equipped even with a coffee machine and a toaster. Nice balcony seating. Easy way to get to the key.

Clean & functional - a perfect base to explore Central Kitzbuhel.. seen recent refurbishment in kitchen area since last visit - looks really good… will be back again.
