Breakfast was lovely and personal. Location is good if you are able to walk a little to get to the slopes. Really good place to be in terms of feeling welcome.

The property is immaculate ,close to the centre , a nice short walk to the centre. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kitzbuhel.
