I love the room space as the Room is really big comparing to many hotels I came across in Japan, bed also in large double plus a Sofa and a Sofabed all are in comfy setting however, It is a bit far from Kokura station but reachable, about 15mins walk. But close to the market, Kokura Castle and big shopping mall, it's about 10mins walk so if you like to explore the castle and have calm walk by the river, it's in good.spot. also free hot&cold drinks and Coffee is a good quality coffee.

Clean and comfortable, free drinks, some food provided. Lounge area can be used for work. Room size is average but the window cannot be opened

This hotel well exceeded my partner's and my expectations. We booked a private room, and the price, the size of the room, and the bed are so much better than what you would find in a typical Japanese Business Hotel, which this hotel is absolutely not; it's so much better. The bed was incredibly comfortable for the price, and the shower had good pressure too. I wish we had stayed longer than 1 night to enjoy the place more. If you're traveling solo and booking a dorm room, I can't speak for that, I'm afraid, but the communal amenities I feel will make this hotel a good choice. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of Manga on offer to read (you may need to be able to read Japanese, but if not, you can appreciate the art), and the biggest surprise for us, as we didn't know, was the 24-hour service of free food and drinks! Free Udon, Curry Rice, and a range of small bread rolls and croissants! Traveling in Japan, it's honestly hard to find a good breakfast place that isn't convenience store food, so this was a huge welcome! The drinks are your standard sodas like Pepsi and Melon Soda, oolong tea, coffee, and water, all that you really need. Highly, highly recommend this hotel, we will be staying again whenever we are next in Kitakyushu.

This place has an amazing manga library, I wish I could read Japanese. Communal foyer has lots of sitting areas ‘and free food and drink. Rooms were quite big and had good amenities.
