Two things stand out in my memory. I had a room that was facing a nightclub and I could hear booming music all night and it really bothered me. Number two: I was trying to get down the stairs to the mezzanine and accidentally got into a stairwell with no exit on the ground floor and that locked itself behind me on the second floor. Only by shouting HELP for several minutes did someone hear me in the corridor and opened the door. I told the staff about this but it really upset me.

The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and professional. They smiled very genuinely, which made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and Cozy. I also loved the food. I especially enjoyed my breakfast on the last day. It was quite a beautiful stay.
