Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, neat, and super comfortable. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The only small downsides were the early check-out time at 10 a.m. (most places are 11 a.m.) and that the room had a coffee machine but no complimentary coffee. Other than that, everything was wonderful — we’d definitely come back!

Upon reading the reviews I was very nervous about my stay and almost canceled. I am so glad that I didn't! I did make sure to read all of the prior arrival information that was sent. I believe reading the reviews as well as the hotel information prepared me. I made sure that I brought salt and pepper as well as my son brought his stock pot because we knew we would be cooking large meals and the room only had very basic kitchen supplies. I packed toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc as I would if I were renting a beach house. The check-in was long but I believe most of this was due to people not reading the hotel information. The deposit on a card caused issues for people who were not prepared for it. I definitely can understand that. When we walked into the room, you could smell that it had been recently cleaned. We had no issues with finding a seat at the pool or the waterpark because we went when it opened. I could see if people waited until later this would be an issue. The property is lovely and they do have staff constantly cleaning up after people purposefully throwing stuff on the ground. The property is a maze until you get used to it. Just remember to park on the floor you are staying on and always look for where the elevators are and the stairwells. My family and I had a great time and we will be back.
