The property was as expected. It was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe. The pool is great for small children as it is only 4 ft deep. It had enough towels and proper working washer (just noting as I read a previous comment stating that it didn’t). The pool got a few little green spots, and bugs that came through the screens (caused by rain). We sent a WhatsApp to have it cleaned in the morning and within an hour the pool guy was there despite that day not being their standard pool cleaning day. Deconova (Property Manager) was very prompt and polite with their response. The resort water park was an added bonus. Easy shopping and dining is literally walking distance away.
