We loved everything about the bothy, the hosts are both wonderful and friendly, they even brought us some cakes, and treats for the dogs. The location is stunning. It has everything you could need except WIFI as it is an off grid property. It is in a really good central position for various walks around the cairngorms, Lunan bay beach, Glen Shee ski resort area. There is a wonderful restaurant within 10 mins drive called The Drovers. We would definitely go back and stay here again. Just from the kitchen window we saw so many birds, red squirrels, Buzzards, plus the dark night sky is awash with stars it is an amazing view. Glen doll walks are a must especially the Corrie Fee.

The location was amazing and the bothy was wonderful. Great kitchen (with even a blender!), very comfy living room with a lovely wood fire and large bedroom. We saw all sorts of birds out the window and hosts were very kind and friendly helping us with walks. Absolutely wonderful stay!
