Everything is great, ladies at reception allowed us to let our baggage here till the evening. Also, they have no problem to prepare an invoice which is not usual in Ukrainian hotels. And last but not least, the hotel offers a bombshelter and it is 100 % useful considering the location of the city (central Ukraine so all Russian drones and missile go through it = air alert every night).

Central location. Very clean, and freshly renovated. Best part of my stay was the very friendly lady working the front desk. If you need a place to stay, close to the center of town, I highly recommend this hotel.
