Really nice cottage!!! Denise and Mike were really helpful, friendly and delightful!! The house was clean and when we arrived there was a nice surprise with a welcome basket!! We would come back for sure!!!! Thank you!!!

Extremely relaxing and quiet space to stay. Great location to explore Edinburgh (from Kirknewton train station) as well as the surrounding area and further afield such as St Andrews, Inverary and Loch Lomond. A home away from home and enjoyed for all ages of our party, ranging from 3 to 67.

Very comfortable, fully equipped with everything one would need. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location - quiet rural location yet a short drive to restaurants, sights and Edinburgh. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to family and friends.

The accommodation was perfectly fine and we got a welcome basket on arrival which was very nice. There's plenty of storage space and it's got a cozy vibe to it. It's perfectly pleasant for a couple of days.
