Clean, convenient for a walk to Hurtigruten, restaurants nearby as we were too late on arrival to eat in the hotel. The dummy waiter for the luggage.

The hotel is an older building but it adds to the charm. The bed is large and comfortable and the window can be opened. The restaurant downstairs has the best General Tsos chicken ive ever had! They have a dumb waiter for your luggage as there is no elevator

The receptionist was helpful, friendly and fast. The room was simple, but not small, warm, and even had a small fridge. Everything was clean.

Reasonable value for money. Clean. Everything worked. Heated floor in bathroom. No lift but dumb waiter for bags.

We loved the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and its prime location, right in the heart of Kirkenes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day, and the rooms were cozy and clean.

Being able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, even though I arrived late, ability to leave my car outside for the day of my departure. The room is OK for an overnight stay and Kirkenes is just lovely, and rhe hotel location good.

The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful and courteous, particularly allowing us to check in early on a cold snowy day and store luggage after checkout. Having an in house restaurant is a plus in bad weather.
