The family were extremely hospitable and were a joy to meet, making us feel very comfortable and relaxed from the outset. The location is great and the surroundings are lovely. We were cycling in the area and loved the routes we were able to do from the farm during our three days there. We enjoyed the animals milling about the yard including the dogs (both working and non working), lambs and chickens. We were encouraged to walk around the farm and its various trails which we really enjoyed in the evenings . The cheese loft is very well appointed and had everything we needed. It has an extremely comfortable super king bed, great shower and good kitchen facilities. The eggs were a welcome addition. Highly recommend and would definitely return. We were only sorry we had not booked for longer.
