The hotel is decor, and aporearance inside and out is really great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are highly trained and very attentive a really assist too the hotel. Poppy, Monica Eva needs a huge mention.also, Rachel for returning my wallet. Great hotel and fantastic staff

Didn’t have breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Would have liked water in the room.

After a 10 1/2 hour drive from Southampton to Scotland I was asked at the checking in to leave a deposit with a credit card which I did not have. I said I’ve booked it on my phone and was not told that I’d need a card to possibly leave a deposit in case any damage This took 40 minutes to sort out at one stage. The young lady said that I couldn’t stay there without a card I said I paid for it through Booking.com on my phone. I don’t carry cards like many people now she said it’s still not good enough unless you’ve got a card. You cannot stay here Terrible service. Got the manager out who was about 17 and still argued the point, but finally let us stay there.
