New, freshly decorated place, lovely kitchen, good location, great price, lovely pub a stone's throw away, good instructions sent for the apartment and key code etc.

The location was great to access most of the Lake District. We enjoyed how modern, spacious and clean the house was and the quiet area surronding it. It was a great plus that they allowed dogs! We had good communication with the hosts and we appreciated how thorough they were with information on how to use the appliances, heater and shower cabin. They were even lovely enough to accomodate a bit of a late check out for us on a last minute notice. We really enjoyed out time there!
