There's lots to like about this place. Service was amazing, very friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast's, in the morning delivered to your room, were very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower all day and as for that amazing view from the balcony. Bags were carried up and down for us, so no need to worry about getting up and down the steps. Definitely take plenty of snacks and drinks and just enjoy watching that view constantly change. Definitely try a delivery from Warung Mina straight to your door.

The room was comfortable with an exceptional view of the Mount Batur and lake Batur inside the large caldera of the volcano, plus Mount Agung in the distance. There was a comfortable seating area also on the balcony.

Great view - worth the long climb that other reviewers mentioned. Staff were very helpful. Great hot shower too.
