The fine print
A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We loved the views. And seeing the seals in the bay! Mairead was a lovely host, really easy to get in contact with any questions. It was peaceful and quiet, and we all had plenty of space! The glass windows are beautiful to look out onto the water through. We enjoyed sitting outside and soaking it all in! The wildlife all around is great to see.

Great view, and a lovely spacious house! You get all the necessities, such as tea, sugar, handwash, cleaning products, etc., and the kitchen is fully equipped too, so you can easily cook something yourself or have a nice barbecue outside. The agency, Trident Holiday Homes, is also very quick to help with questions and problems, and both Mairéad and Jacqui have been a pleasure to deal with!
