Friendly welcome. Loved the location and our room was lovely and spacious - nice to spend a rainy afternoon and do some painting. Lots of parking. Loads of things to do around town and interesting walks.

Room was lovely, great outlook over the harbour. Quite at night. Breakfast and service excellent. Location in kinsale about as good as you could get from what we saw
