A very comfortable stay. The place has been recently renovated & is beautifully done. We loved the 'highland soap' in the en suite. The breakfast & service was excellent & we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. Nice touch of the cookies on arrival in our room and water jug in the room with the usual tea/coffee. Excellent location for access to the hills/highlands.

Staff was very professional, very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The Crossing is in a great location for the area's sightseeing. From there, we went to Highland Safari Park.

Place was immaculate, room was lovely, with special touches such as welcome cookies, beds were soooo comfortable, smart tv in room and staff were on hand on the phone for any questions/help needed. We phoned twice, first on arrival as my phone battery had died so couldn’t access the email for entry code then later in evening as stupidly managed to lock ourselves out. Gent on the phone was so pleasant and nothing was a bother to him. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was delightful, good range of choices for vegetarians, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Home made ginger shots were fab. Staff were also lovely and welcoming. Accommodation was exceptionally well presented and cleanliness was superb. Loved the wee touches of showcasing locally made products, home scents (the Cossing smells amazing) and body care products, I will be buying some of these for myself! Room was compact but lovely with ensuite and comfy bed. Loved the coffee machine and welcoming touch of chocolate cookies, delicious.

Lovely location, really easy to find and access, lovely rooms, felt very private despite being in the centre of town, chocolate chip cookies were a lovely surprise and loved the breakfast ordering system, nice local produce for breakfast and great service, customer service was great and very helpful in returning a forgotten item ☺️

Lovely cozy room in a cheerfully decorated and quiet building; I loved the freshly baked cookies on arrival and the comfy armchair. Check-in was effortless with instructions sent well in advance; bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot.
