A return visit for me. This remains good-value, no-frills accommodation in Kington. Easy to find. Parking fine. A warm welcome. Key to come and go as you please. Room clean. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of electric sockets. Basic breakfast (cereal, toast, juice, yogurt, fruit) - can be taken as early as you like, which is great if you want an early start. There's a self-service kitchen area where you can store and prepare your own food. Adequate meal options (local pubs etc.) within walking distance. I would happily stay here again. Pleased to see the Wi-Fi back to full strength. Recommended.

Polite and friendly owners, tidy clean rooms with a nice location for local shops. The communal lounge and kitchen are a nice bonus for your own catering needs.
