Such a great house to stay in. It was perfect having a parking space. The house was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The only minor criticism were the bedroom curtains. They were made of very thin fabric that we all woke up very early as the room became so light. We were so lucky with the weather so it was great to come back and enjoy the decking with the fab view after a day out. Staying in Kingswear has confirmed this is where we will stay in future as the sun can be enjoyed so much longer. The pubs in Kingswear are also great plus you can just hop in the ferry to enjoy the restaurants in Dartmouth. We wouldn’t hesitate to make a return visit.
