All Group bookings of more than 4 rooms require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.
10% booking deposit due at the time of reservation via Bank Transfer. Once a reservation is received the hotel will provide the Bank account number.
100% full pre-payment 30 days prior to arrival via Bank Transfer on the same account number. After this day, the reservation will be non-refundable.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Lovely food, brilliant breakfast, great decor in the rooms & everything you needed, water / tea / coffee & even a beer included in the rooms mini bar! Managed to get free parking so huge bonus. Would highly recommend staying here, a perfect option with easy access into central London from Kingston station.

A friendly welcome. Lovely comfortable room and clean bathroom. Great extras like tea pigs tea and lovely bathroom products. The only downside was the heat - the room was very warm and with the window open we could hear traffic. This is no fault of the venue though and we would happily stay again.
