Lovely b n b, room was spacious and comfy, lovely bed. En suite with shower was great. It's located in the avenues in hull, a shirt walk from the bustling princess road with a great variety of shops and restaurants. It was great having the use of the tea and sitting area downstairs and the veggie breakfast was delicious

Claire was lovely and very friendly, nothing to much trouble.we had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend the Jesmond b&b. Breakfast was perfect and plenty of it, would definitely stay again.

A delight. Lovely people and a lovely place. Warm homely comfort full of character. Great value for a couple of nights and vegan breakfast is delicious and very well catered for. Quality bread, juices etc beyond the cooked vegan traditional that's offered. This trip was a return visit which says plenty I suppose.
