From arrival at the hotel, parking the car in their car park, ease of check in, lovely marina view room, room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of food to choose from. The staff everywhere were really lovely and friendly

Reception staff were exceptional, from checking in to assisting with any queries. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This was our 2nd visit and we will be returning again next year. Fab hotel.

Very clean & staff were all exceptionally friendly & professional. Stephen was extremely helpful on the phone after i made my booking, explaining that the hotel doesnt have walk in showers but could give us an accessible room that had a lower bath so easier to get into to have a shower. this worked ok. also, giving us free parking due to having a blue badge was a nice touch too! thanks!

Fantastic room, fantastic location beside the Marina. Link footbridge straight over to the town centre. Lovely evening walks near the Humber Estuary. Best breakfast we've ever had. Lady on reception was brilliant and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.
