Quite a novelty, reminded me of my old halls of residence at uni. Nice grounds, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great shower in recently renovated en suite. Worked absolutely fine for a stopover in Hull.

Pleasant quiet location and a clean, comfortable room with echos of a University Halls of residence [which it once was]. Enjoyed the sharing kitchen too. It's been a while!
