The receptionist was professional, informative and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The property was very quiet. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything needed was present in the room. My stay was great and it will be my go to place whenever I need to stay in Kingston. It was also easy to find via google maps.

Close to most attractions, in New Kingston and Liguanea. The breakfast was cooked, good and satisfying. The staff, security guards, cleaners, chef, and waitress were exceptional in their services. Good place to visit.

Breakfast choice excellent. Cooked well. Service good. Maid service in room good. Clean facilities. Receptionist polite and addressed and resolved most of the problems we had. Forgot extra security lock on door
